The History of Asteria

Asteria was not always as great and powerful as it is now. As recorded by the ancient scribes in the Tomb of Knowledge, "When the Goddess Reshaped this world after the Great Cataclysim caused by Her third child, she wiped away all the access, and split the great continent in two, filling the divide with water." It is believed that The Triskelion continent, the Asterian continent in other words, is part of this great continent. There where two classes of people living on the Triskellion continent, The Humans led by

King Triskellious, and the Askians led by King KulNas.

The humans wished peaceful conditions with the Askians, but the magic-based Askians saw themselves as

the 'descendents of Oni' and thus it was their task  to 'purge the land of the filth left behind.'

So the Askians began their "Anti-Human War" and the humans began their fight for survival. The war lasted over 100 years. For a majority of the time the Human's were losing. But then Triskellious fell, and his two sons, Guillotonius and  took control of the armies. With Guillotonius's tactical expertise and Aristole's leadership skills they were able to bring end to this horrible war and fell King KulNas. Prince SulNas gladly signed a peace treaty right afterwards, swearing allegiance to the brothers, who set about to build an empire of peace and tranquility.

After several years  Aristole  got bored of the good life. He got tired of being heralded as a great hero. So he ventured off into the ocean to 'seek out the rest of Treskelli' He left and was never seen or heard from again. (Basically we went, found the land, and founded Tronicia

which in asterian means 'land of Oni'  Guillotonius himself eventually got tired of the fiscal and decided to explore what Oni has to offer, and left his son, Maelstrom in charge. Maelstrom is the current emperor of Asteria, unwed, and has one heir, Prince Armeas...
